As we prepare for the ice storm expected this weekend, we wanted to take a moment to reach out to our community and share our genuine concern for everyone’s safety and well-being.
Ice storms can be unpredictable and dangerous. Accumulating ice on trees, power lines, and roadways increases the risk of falling limbs, blocked access, and power outages. Even healthy trees can become hazardous under the weight of ice, and branches may fail suddenly and without warning.
We encourage everyone to take this storm seriously and do what you can to stay safe:
Avoid unnecessary travel once conditions worsen
Stay clear of trees and hanging branches, especially during high winds or heavy icing
Prepare essentials such as food, water, medications, flashlights, and batteries in case you are iced in
Keep warm and check in on elderly neighbors, family members, or anyone who may need assistance
Most importantly, please don’t put yourself at risk. If you notice dangerous tree conditions, downed limbs, or storm-related hazards, it’s best to keep a safe distance.
We care deeply about the safety of our clients, neighbors, and everyone in our community. If you experience a tree-related emergency during or after the storm, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help when it’s needed most.
Until then, we hope everyone stays warm, prepared, and safe. Our thoughts are with you and your families as we get through this storm together.
Stay safe,
Al Sesmas, Owner
